What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our typical MOQ is 3-5 metric tons per specification. For custom-printed products, MOQ may be higher depending on the artwork complexity. Contact us with your requirements for a precise MOQ.
Can you customise the paper weight, coating, and roll dimensions?
Yes. We customise basis weight (50-350 gsm), PE or PLA coating weight (12-30 g/m²), coating side (single or double), roll width, roll diameter, and inner core size. Share your converting machine specs and we will recommend the right parameters.
Are your papers certified for food contact?
Yes. Our food-grade PE and PLA coated papers comply with EU food-contact regulations and are suitable for FDA-regulated markets. We provide test reports and compliance documentation. ISO 9001, BRC, FSC, and SGS certifications are also available.
How do I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Free A4 flat samples are available upon request -- shipping cost is paid by the customer. For roll samples or specific spec evaluation, please contact us to discuss. We maintain consistency between approved samples and production runs.
What is the typical lead time for production?
Standard production lead time is 15-25 working days after order confirmation and receipt of deposit. Lead time varies by product type, quantity, and whether printing is required. Express production can be arranged for urgent orders.
Do you offer PLA-coated or biodegradable options?
Yes. We produce PLA-coated paper as a biodegradable and compostable alternative to PE-coated cupstock. It meets food-contact requirements and is suitable for brands targeting sustainability goals or markets with single-use plastic regulations.
What container loads can you fill?
A standard 20-foot container typically holds 14-16 metric tons of our products. A 40-foot container holds 24-28 metric tons. Mixed product loading (different specs in one container) is available on request.
Can you print our brand artwork on the paper or cup fans?
Yes. We offer up to 6-colour water-based flexographic printing and 8-colour offset printing for cup fans, cup sleeves, and flat sheets. We accept customer-supplied artwork files and provide pre-production proofs for approval.
