What is the minimum order quantity for custom-printed cup fans?
MOQ depends on the number of print colors and format. Generally, 100,000 pcs for single-color and 500,000 pcs for multi-color printed fan blanks. Contact us with your spec and we can advise the most economical quantity for your requirement.
Can you match our existing Pantone brand colors?
Yes. We use Pantone-referenced spot colors for offset printing and can achieve delta-E 2 or less color deviation. Please provide your Pantone codes or an approved color standard. A press proof is produced and approved before bulk production begins.
How do I provide my cup dimensions if I do not have a dieline?
Share your cup former model number (e.g., Dart, Wenling, etc.) or the key measurements: top diameter, bottom diameter, cup height, and wall angle. We will generate the correct dieline and send it to you for artwork placement.
What file format should I use for my artwork?
AI (Adobe Illustrator) with outlined fonts is preferred. PDF with outlined fonts and CMYK color mode is also accepted. Minimum 300 dpi for any raster elements. We provide a template dieline for you to design against.
Do you offer PLA-coated or compostable options?
Yes. We produce PLA-coated cup fans and cup-bottom rolls using FSC-certified or recycled base paper. Compliance documentation for composting standards (e.g., EN 13432, ASTM D6400) is available on request.
How are samples shipped and who pays for shipping?
A4-size print and material samples are available free of charge. Customers pay the courier cost for sample shipment. For physical cup fan samples with your artwork, a small tooling/setup fee may apply depending on complexity.
What is the lead time for bulk orders after sample approval?
Standard bulk production lead time is 15-25 business days after sample approval and order confirmation. Lead time varies by quantity and print complexity. We will confirm the exact schedule in your order acknowledgment.
Can you supply both the fan blanks and cup-bottom rolls for the same cup format?
Yes. We can supply matched fan blanks and cup-bottom rolls for the same cup format in a single order, ensuring dimensional compatibility between the two components.
What quality documents do you provide with each shipment?
