Documentation Approach
Certificate scope, batch records, and application-specific review.
Controlled Production Records
Batch identification, inspection records, and product specifications are managed for applicable production orders.
Current-Document Verification
Buyers should request the current certificate copy and confirm its status before relying on it for qualification or tender purposes.
Certification Overview
Clearly Defined Scope, Holder, Validity & Limitations
Certifications support our management systems and supply-chain controls. They do not replace product-specific regulatory review, destination-market confirmation, or buyer-side suitability testing.
ISO 9001:2015
Quality management certification for the controlled production of food-packaging coated paper and paperboard.
- Certificate Holder
- Nantong Chengzhi Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.
- Certified Scope
- Production of food-packaging coated paper and paperboard, including PetiPaper single-side and double-side PE-coated paper products within the certified operational scope.
- Validity Period
- Refer to the current certificate copy for the issue date, expiry date, certification body, and current certification status.
- Applicable Limitations
- ISO 9001:2015 certifies a quality management system. It is not, by itself, a food-contact approval, a product performance guarantee, or confirmation that every product configuration meets every destination-market requirement.
FSC Chain of Custody
Chain-of-custody controls for eligible FSC-certified material flows and related claims.
- Certificate Holder
- Nantong Chengzhi Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.
- Certified Scope
- Chain-of-custody management for eligible FSC-certified input materials, processing, handling, and sale of products in accordance with the certificate scope and applicable FSC requirements.
- Validity Period
- Refer to the current certificate copy and applicable FSC certificate database record for the active validity period and approved scope.
- Applicable Limitations
- FSC availability and any FSC claim depend on eligible input material, production segregation or control requirements, order-level confirmation, and correct invoice documentation. FSC status cannot be assumed for every grade, batch, or shipment.
Available Documentation
Supporting Documents for Buyer Review
Documentation availability depends on the requested grade, raw-material source, intended application, order configuration, and destination-market requirements.
Buyer responsibility: Please provide your target country, end product, food-contact conditions, and required standard or customer specification so that relevant documents can be reviewed against the intended use.
Certificate Copies
Current ISO 9001:2015 and FSC Chain of Custody certificate copies may be provided for qualified buyer, customer, or audit review.
Batch & Shipment Records
For applicable orders, documentation may include batch identification, agreed inspection records, packing details, and shipment-related quality information.
Technical Product Information
Product specifications can be aligned to the agreed base paper, total grammage, PE coating weight, coating side, dimensions, roll condition, and packaging requirements.
Testing Documentation
Available testing records must be reviewed for the specific tested sample, method, date, product configuration, and stated conditions. They are not blanket approvals for other products or batches.
2025 Regulatory Spot-Check Notice
A Batch-Specific Result, Not a General Product Approval
A 2025 regulatory spot-check found one tested batch of 230 g/m² single-side PE-coated paperboard compliant with the cited Chinese food-contact and coated-paper standards.
Tested Product
One batch of 230 g/m² single-side PE-coated paperboard.
Reported Finding
The tested batch was found compliant with the Chinese food-contact and coated-paper standards cited in the spot-check record.
Strict Applicability
The result applies only to the tested batch and its stated test conditions, not automatically to other batches, grammages, coating weights, suppliers, production dates, or product configurations.
Not Evidence Of
It is not a blanket certification, ongoing compliance guarantee, destination-market approval, or confirmation of suitability for all food types and end-use conditions.
Important Food-Contact Disclaimer
Destination-Market Compliance Must Be Confirmed for Each Intended Use
PE-coated paper performance and regulatory suitability depend on the final product and actual conditions of use. Buyers, importers, converters, and brand owners are responsible for confirming the applicable requirements in their destination market.
Do not rely on general statements alone.
Before production, shipment, sale, or use, compliance must be evaluated against the specific product configuration and the applicable legal, customer, and end-market requirements.
Confirm the Product
Base paper, total grammage, PE coating weight, single-side or double-side configuration, additives, print, converting process, and final packaging format.
Confirm the Intended Use
The intended food-contact application, including whether the material is used for cups, bowls, tubs, cartons, meal boxes, or another converted product.
Confirm the Food Type
The relevant food category, such as aqueous, acidic, alcoholic, fatty, dry, hot, cold, or other food-contact conditions required by the destination market.
Confirm Time & Temperature
Expected contact time, filling temperature, storage conditions, reheating or microwave use where applicable, and maximum operating temperature.
PetiPaper can review requested product information and available documentation during the quotation process. Final destination-market compliance decisions, legal interpretation, and end-product validation remain the responsibility of the buyer, importer, converter, brand owner, and other parties placing the finished packaging on the market.
