Your printing, die-cutting, heat-sealing, forming, curl, leakage, and yield tests provide the operational evidence needed for final confirmation.

Written technical confirmation together with the approved reference sample governs the final supply standard for the agreed specification.

    Stage 01

    Requirement & Specification Confirmation

    Define the intended application, base paper grade, total grammage, PE weight, single- or double-side coating, roll or sheet dimensions, quantity, destination, packaging, and applicable documentation needs.

    Stage 02

    Production-Representative Sample Preparation

    Prepare a sample that follows the planned production structure wherever practical. If any sampling limitation or variance is unavoidable, it is identified for technical review before testing begins.

    Stage 03

    Sample Identification & Retention

    Each sample is identified with key parameters, date, and traceable reference information. A corresponding retained sample and relevant parameter record support later comparison during approval, production, or claims review.

    Stage 04

    Customer Printing & Die-Cutting Tests

    Test the sample on your actual equipment for print adhesion, surface performance, die-cut accuracy, flatness, edge condition, and processing yield under normal operating conditions.

    Stage 05

    Heat-Sealing & Forming Tests

    Validate heat-seal response, forming stability, curl, leakage resistance, and final container performance at the temperatures, pressures, speeds, and tooling conditions used in your operation.

    Stage 06

    Feedback Review & Technical Adjustment

    Share test observations, operating conditions, photos, and measured results. Where an adjustment is technically feasible, the revised parameters are reviewed and a further sample cycle may be arranged before approval.

    Stage 07

    Approved Sample Confirmation

    After satisfactory validation, the selected sample is formally confirmed as the approved reference. Both parties align on the corresponding technical details, testing conclusions, and any agreed operating limitations.

    Mass-Production Specification Lock-In

    The final specification, agreed tolerances, inspection criteria, roll condition, packaging standard, and approved reference sample are locked before trial or mass production. Change control applies to any proposed material or process adjustment.
