Documentation Before Production

Specifications, approvals, COAs, packing records, and batch evidence kept connected.

Material-to-Shipment Visibility

Records are organized to support investigation of an identified shipment, batch, roll, or approved reference.

Production Aligned to Approved Specifications

Production parameters and inspection criteria are managed against the final agreed order specification and approved sample where applicable.

Important: Documentation supports traceability and supplier review, but does not replace the buyer's application validation, destination-market review, or finished-packaging compliance assessment.

Supplier Audit Readiness

Build Your Review Around Clear, Relevant Evidence

Audit preparation is organized around the actual PE-coated paper order, its intended application, its requested documentation, and the scope of records available for review.

Audit Workflow

From Requirement Review to Record Package

Audit requests are best handled against a defined material, factory scope, order scenario, and requested destination-market documentation list.

01

Company & Factory Information

Manufacturing entity information, facility overview, production scope, quality-management context, and available certification records.

02

Material & Application Review

Base paper, PE configuration, grammage, dimensions, intended converting process, packaging requirements, and requested technical parameters.

03

Order-Specific Evidence

Approved specifications, batch references, applicable COAs, packing details, inspection records, loading evidence, and retained sample references.

04

Gap & Change Assessment

Requests are reviewed for scope, availability, confidentiality, destination relevance, and whether a proposed change requires buyer approval before production.

Batch Traceability System

One Controlled Path From Material Input to Shipment Record

A useful traceability system makes it possible to connect a reported issue to the affected order and production batch, then compare available records with approved requirements and retained references.

Traceability Map

Raw material references, coating production, inspection records, roll identification, packing, and shipment documents form the evidence trail for the relevant order.

  1. 1
    Raw Material References

Base paper and PE resin records are linked to production planning.

Relevant available supplier, material, and receiving references are retained according to the applicable production and quality-control process.

  2. 2
    Production Batch Number

A batch identity supports record retrieval and controlled comparison.

The identified batch can be used to locate applicable production, inspection, and material references when reviewing an order or investigating an issue.

  3. 3
    Inspection & COA

Batch-specific quality data is documented against the agreed specification.

A Certificate of Analysis should be read with its stated batch, order, tested parameters, acceptance criteria, and any declared limitations. It is not a blanket approval for every application or market.

  4. 4
    Roll, Packing & Loading

Shipment records support condition review before departure.

Roll condition, packing method, moisture protection, loading documentation, and shipment references help distinguish production concerns from transport, storage, or handling damage.

  5. 5
    Claim Review

Evidence is compared with retained samples and available production records.

A structured review considers the affected batch, material condition, processing parameters, storage, transport, and documented acceptance requirements before corrective action is determined.

Approved Samples & Change Control

Keep the Approved Reference at the Center of Repeat Production

For trial and repeat orders, the final approved specification and reference sample provide a practical common point for technical communication. Changes should be identified, reviewed, and agreed before they are introduced into production.

Approved Reference Sample

Reference samples may be labeled with order, specification, approval date, and identification information to support comparison during repeat production or issue review.

Controlled Change Review

Potential changes involving base paper, resin, coating configuration, dimensions, packing, or inspection criteria should be evaluated for impact and communicated before release.

Application Validation

The buyer remains responsible for validating printing, die-cutting, heat sealing, forming, leakage, migration, and end-use performance on its own equipment and finished-packaging system.

Retained Evidence for Review

When an identified concern arises, retained references and order records can support a fact-based review of material condition and specification alignment.

Certification & Testing Scope

Use Evidence Precisely, Not Broadly

Certifications and test information are meaningful only within their stated scope, validity, material coverage, standard, sample, and applicable conditions.

Management System

ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Certification

PetiPaper's manufacturing entity, Nantong Chengzhi Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., holds ISO 9001:2015 certification for the production of food-packaging coated paper and paperboard within the certificate's stated scope and validity.

Scope Notice

ISO 9001 certification demonstrates a quality-management system. It does not by itself certify every individual product, shipment, finished package, food-contact use, destination-market requirement, or buyer-specific specification.

Material Traceability

FSC® Chain of Custody Certification

FSC Chain of Custody certification supports controlled handling of eligible certified material through the certified supply chain, subject to the applicable certification scope, claim rules, material availability, order documentation, and approval process.

Scope Notice

FSC certification does not mean that every PetiPaper product, every raw material, every order, or every finished packaging item is FSC eligible. FSC claims must be confirmed for the specific order before use.

Batch-Specific Testing

2025 Regulatory Spot-Check Result

A 2025 regulatory spot-check found one tested batch of 230 g/m² single-side PE-coated paperboard compliant with the cited Chinese food-contact and coated-paper standards in that inspection.

Scope Notice

This result applies only to the tested batch and the cited standards. It is not universal evidence for all products, all batches, all applications, all destination markets, or the buyer's finished food-packaging product.

Order Record Management

A complete order file reduces ambiguity between inquiry, approved sample, production release, shipment, and post-arrival review.

For Multi-Market Buyers

Make Every Requirement Visible Before the Order Is Released

Restaurant chains, service brands, and OEM/ODM factories often require different material, documentation, labeling, and market conditions across programs. Order-document control helps keep those requirements visible and reviewable.

  • Defined material and coating configuration
  • Agreed dimensions, roll format, and packing standard
  • Approved sample and revision reference
  • Requested COA and shipment-document requirements
  • Destination and buyer-specific documentation needs
  • Change notification and claim-review contact path

Start With a Documented Requirement

Bring Your Audit Checklist, Material Specification, or Approval Process.

PetiPaper can review the requirement for single- or double-side PE-coated paper and clarify which order-specific records and supporting documents may be relevant before production planning begins.
