Buyers must conduct their own technical, processing, regulatory, and commercial evaluation. Where appropriate, this includes testing a production-representative sample on the buyer's actual printing, die-cutting, slitting, heat-sealing, forming, filling, storage, and distribution processes.

Submitting an inquiry, downloading information, contacting us, or receiving a preliminary response does not create a contract, commitment to supply, reservation of capacity, or obligation for either party.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written document signed by an authorized representative of PetiPaper, quotations, estimates, lead-time indications, product recommendations, and technical discussions are non-binding and may be changed or withdrawn. They are subject to technical feasibility, raw-material availability, production planning, commercial negotiation, credit review, applicable law, and final agreement on order terms.

The final agreed specification, including approved samples and agreed tolerances where applicable, will govern the relevant order.
