Dyne Level & Surface Energy

Corona treatment supports ink wetting and adhesion on the designated printing surface. The required dyne range depends on ink chemistry, press speed, drying method, storage time, and print coverage.

Confirm: print side, target dyne level, test method, and acceptable variation at delivery.

02PRINT QUALITY

Flatness & Print Adhesion

Flatness, curl direction, surface uniformity, and PE adhesion can affect register, ink laydown, drying, die-cut accuracy, and downstream forming. These conditions are application-specific rather than universal.

Confirm: printing process, ink system, drying conditions, curl limits, and adhesion test criteria.

03DIMENSIONAL FIT

Width Tolerance & Roll Build
